While most cuddled close to the fire on Sunday morning we made a trip to Townsend to train. It was -8 to -14 degrees below zero. The roads were clear, the sun bright.....what a great day to wrestle. Hayden worked hard and had tons of fun. Hayden has alot of moves to clean up, but over-all i think he is moving in the right direction. His keeping healthly, eating right, keeping positive and confident, and improving his technique. Over the next couple weeks we will be working on technique in the basement.
